We offer a variety of tiling options for tiling your bathroom and shower rooms. Whether you are looking for your bathroom to be fully tiled or just part tiled, whatever your preference, we are here to provide invaluable advice and help bring your vision to life and create the space you envisage.
USING THE CORRECT PRODUCTS
In addition to the tiling we can also waterproof wet areas / shower enclosures prior to tiling providing long lasting protection and peace of mind from any potential water leaking through the tiled areas.
For tiled shower tray floors we always recommend using an epoxy grout which will maintain its durability and won’t shrink, crumble or discolour unlike cement based grouts in these areas which are exposed to high volumes of water.
Bathroom floors
For bathroom floors you can be assured we we will always use the correct products for the right situations which will include over boarding floating floors / floor boards with a cement board to minimise movement within the floor thus eliminating any future potential movement within tiles or grout joints. Ask for more details.
We can also fit heat mats to provide that lovely warm cozy floor to take the edge off on those colder days. Although we aren’t qualified to connect these to the mains, we can recommend one of our trusted reliable qualified electricians.
Whilst we don’t carry out plumbing work ourselves, we work closely with a number of reputable and experienced plumbers and tradespeople, whom we can confidently recommend.
Kitchen splash backs
As well as serving a practical purpose for protecting your walls from unwanted splashes from liquids etc a kitchen splash back can also create a stunning feature in your kitchen for you and your guests to admire.
Ground floors
Whatever area you decide to tile, whether it’s your kitchen area, extension or entire ground floor, we have years of experience in tiling floors from small tiles to large format tiles in whatever formation you’d like, from a simple stacked effect, broken bond or even a stunning herringbone pattern. We can also install traditional Victorian / geometric floors. We are here to offer you helpful advice to achieve the finish you want.
We will always use the right products for the subfloor whether it’s a decoupling mat for screeded floors or cement boards for floating floors to provide a trouble free installation for many years to come or possibly a lifetime !
